Low-Cost, No-Cost, and Open Educational Resources (OER)

WTAMU OER Working Group

The Open Education Resources (OER) working group is dedicated to assisting interested faculty members in exploring all aspects of low-cost/no-cost resources in an effort to significantly reduce course material costs to students while preserving academic standards and meeting requirements for accessibility.

The OER working group is a place for faculty, students, and staff to discuss OER strategies, tools, and struggles, to network with other faculty and staff with OER experience, and to provide feedback to the university about OER efforts.

We meet on the second Friday of every month at 9 AM.

Faculty, staff, and students are welcomed and encouraged to come!

The OER working group typically meets virtually via Zoom, however occasionally meets at the Cornette Library Lecture Room(rm 130).

Fill out the form above or email bwardlow@wtamu.edu for more information on attending.
