Tipasa Migration

Logging In

From the ILL Services page, select the "Try Tipasa" button.

Log in with the appropriate credentials.

For Faculty, Students, and Staff: 

  • Log in with your BuffID and password. 
  • Your account will automatically be created. 

For Friends of the Library (Supporting level and above): 

  • Request an ILL account by emailing ill@wtamu.edu.
  • Use the "Registered Guest" Option. 
  • Log in using your barcode and the password given to you by ILL staff. 
    • You can change the password once you log in by going to My Account > My Profile. 

View Your Requests

Your Tipasa home screen should be your request history.

To get to your request history from any other page, please select My Account > Requests.

Request an Item

To request an item, select the "Create request" Button.screenshot of the create a request button

Select the correct form.

Use the Article or Book Chapter form for copy requests, including:

  • Articles
  • Book Chapters
  • Scans of magazine pages
  • Anything that you expect to receive a digital copy of

Use the Books or Other Physical Media Form for loan requests, including:

  • Physical books
  • DVDs
  • CDs
  • Any other physical object that you want to check out

Fill out the form. The more information that you can give us, the more likely we will be able to fill the request. screenshot of the form

Agree to follow the ILL policies and click submit at the bottom of the page. For more information on the ILL policies, please visit the ILL Services page.
