Citation Style

  • You are required to use APA style for your writing.
  • Style is much more than formatting references. It includes:
    • language usage
    • font size, line spacing, and page numbering
    • paragraph, page, and table formatting, etc
  • There is a copy of the sixth edition of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association at the Research & Access Desk.

APA Style

APA Style is used primarily in the social and behavioral sciences, such as Psychology, Sociology, and similar disciplines.
