Cornette Library is hosting two virtual Cornette Conversations Database Highlight workshops in February.
The first is taking a look at Psychotherapy.net and Social Work Abstracts. On February 16th at 3 pm, Madison Ferril will teach the advanced features of these two powerful teaching tools. Note: this workshop was initially scheduled for January 26th but was canceled; this gives you another chance to get in on the discussion of this powerful tool's features. The second database workshop will be hosted by Bob Smith on February 24th at 10 am and will look at Up To Date's Advanced features.
Up To Date is a database of specific, detailed answers to clinical questions. This database has many uses in sports and exercise science, nursing, communication disorders, and psychology. But, the database can be used by anyone who wants current answers to their health questions. If you're interested in joining Bob Smith as he dives into this excellent resource, you can sign up here.
