Our Website, room reservations, and Databases are back today (4/21/24) but things are working intermittently.
Come PRINT at the library or in IT. Buff online printing remains down. Student WIFI is working again (4-21-24 7:30 pm), Guest WIFI is still down (4-23-24).
Thank you for your patience as IT (806.651.4357) works to fix these issues. There is no estimated time when everything will be running correctly.
Currently, the SSO/DUO is working but could go out again and IT is attempting to fix all the issues with the internet/WIFI, SSO, WT Class, Outlook (Email), student network login, and Buff print that started Thursday night, 4/18/24 due to an issue stemming from Dell.
They are using backup website pages/drives/drivers so things might not work as well or updates might not be there.
