This LibGuide defines Plagiarism and provides the basic concepts and citation styles to help one avoid plagiarism.

What is Academic Integrity?

When you embrace the concept of academic integrity, it means you act in a way that is morally sound in an academic setting. For example, you don't cheat on tests, plagiarize or reuse your work in multiple classes.  All universities have some sort of academic integrity policy or code of conduct.  The West Texas A&M University Code of Student Life outlines the WTAMU Academic Integrity code beginning on page 25.
