Participating is a great way to share your research and be involved with the scholarly community of West Texas A&M University.

Please complete steps one and two to submit your poster proposal.

Proposals are due Friday, January 10, 2025.

Notifications of acceptance will be provided no later than Friday, February 7, 2025.
