The Center for Disease Control (CDC) has great information on present and past outbreaks, especially in their feature on Ebola.

The World Health Organization (WHO) also has great information on Ebola. You may want to check out their historical list of Global Alerts and Responses to Ebola outbreaks.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will have information on treatments on Ebola. 

National Public Radio is a great source for in depth reporting and stories on Ebola, especially in their Health section which has stories going back to 1997
