The Cornette Library is honored to have a display, thanks to the History Department, of several works from the Remnant Trust. The theme this year is the History of Science. The works will be in the library through October 19th.

The works on display are:

  • John Trenchard and Thomas Gordon’s Cato’s Letters
  • Baron D’Holbach’s The System of Nature
  • Plato’s Works of Plato
  • Roger Bacon’s Opus Majus
  • Galileo Galilei’s Opere Galileo Galilieo
  • Isaac Newton’s A Letter of Mr. Isaac Newton … Containing His New Theory About Light and Colors
  • John Toland’s Letter to Serena

Make sure to come by the library to see these rare works, and go to the Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum to see more works from the Remnant Trust on display!
